Is it free to join HumanThis as a talent?

Yes. Creating an account and profile on HumanThis is completely free. You only pay a small platform fee after you complete a paid job.

How much is the platform fee?

We charge a 10% fee for jobs below RM800 and 20% for jobs above RM800. There are no hidden fees or monthly charges.

How do I get selected for jobs?

You can apply to open castings that match your profile. Hirers also receive recommendations based on your skills, age, gender, and ethnicity.

Who can see my profile?

Only verified hirers can view your profile. Your data is protected, and you stay in control of who can contact you.

Can I apply for every job I see?

No — you can only apply for jobs you’re eligible for based on the hirer’s filters. This ensures fairness and better match quality.

What happens after I apply for a job?

The hirer may shortlist, message you, or schedule an audition directly through the platform. You’ll be notified in real time. 

How do I get paid?

Once you complete a job, Humanthis automatically disburses the payment to your bank account. You’ll receive your earnings without delay.

What if a hirer doesn’t pay me?

Payment is protected by our secure system. Funds are held before the job starts and only released once the job is marked completed.

Can I have multiple profiles if I do different types of work?

Yes. You can showcase various skills (e.g. acting, hosting, modeling) within your profile to stand out in different categories.

Can I use my profile as a portfolio?

Absolutely. Your Humanthis profile acts as a digital CV — share it with potential clients, even outside the platform. 

Will I get rated by hirers?

Yes. After each project, hirers can leave ratings and reviews, which help you build credibility and stand out to future clients.

Can I delete my account anytime?

Yes. You’re free to deactivate or delete your account whenever you choose.

How do I increase my chances of getting hired?

Keep your profile updated, upload quality photos/videos, and apply only for relevant jobs. Good reviews will also boost your visibility.

Do I need to pay agents or anyone else to join?

No. Humanthis is a direct platform. You don’t need agents — and we strongly discourage anyone claiming to charge to “get you jobs.”

What types of jobs are available?

You’ll find casting opportunities for film, TV, commercials, social media content, events, emceeing, dance performances, and more. 

How much does it cost to post a job on Humanthis?

Posting a job is free. You only pay the agreed talent fee once you’ve made your hire.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The only fee is a 10–20% platform charge, which comes from the talent’s side. You pay only the agreed project amount.

How does the hiring process work?
Post your job → Review matching talents → Shortlist & communicate → Schedule → Complete job → Payment auto-released to talent.
How fast will I get applicants?
Most roles receive quality applications within 24–48 hours. Our matching engine ensures only relevant talents can apply.
Can I search for talents manually?
Yes. You can browse our verified talent pool using filters like age, gender, ethnicity, experience, and category.
Are the talents verified?
Yes. Every talent goes through a verification process before their profile goes live. You also see their ratings and past work.
What if a talent doesn’t show up?
Our review system and secure payment model promote accountability. In case of no-shows, our support team will assist with resolution.
Can I communicate with talents directly?
Yes. You can message talents inside the platform without going through agents or third parties.
Can I manage multiple jobs at once?
Yes. Your dashboard allows you to manage multiple projects, view applicants, track progress, and review hires in one place.
Is there a payment guarantee?
Yes. Talent payments are held securely and only released after you confirm the job is completed. No risk of premature disbursement.
How does Humanthis compare to agencies?
